SLAP
        Pure DC power is the best power source for the Hi End. However, it is really difficult to provide pure DC for high watt power amplifier as the huge capacitor (battery) size or large power capacity demanding.
The power voltage and current supply is very important for operating the power amp which could affect the sonic performance directly.
SLAP is designed with automatic monitoring by TI UC3906IC which is a SLA battery charger controller to provide the pure DC to the amp. It is using 3 stage charging management to prevent overcharging and this design could extend the life of SLA battery. ………….. more
